Terms and Conditions

    1. Servatom is a propietary product of Servatom and is not affiliated with any other company.
    2. Servatom collects your phone number for authentication purposes only. We do not share your phone number with any third party.
    3. ServDomain collects your email address for account management and communication purposes only. Your email id is used to create your Stripe Customer Account for managing subscriptions. You can read Stripe's Privacy Policy here.
    4. Servatom cares about your privacy and will not share your data with any third party apart from what has been already specified.
    5. It may take 2-3 days to resolve payments and set subdomain status as active. Expiry date is set with respect to date of activation of the record.
    6. Subscriptions can be renewed manually in case auto-deduct fails, within 5 days after expiry. The subdomain will remain usable for the buffer of 5 days. Post 5 days, the subdomain will be terminated on failure of renewal of the subscription.
    7. Servatom reserves the right to block any subdomain that is required for internal use by the company.
    8. Servatom reserves the right to block any subdomain that is deemed inappropriate by the company.
    9. Servatom reserves the right to monitor the usage of the subdomain and may suspend or terminate the account if the usage is deemed inappropriate by the company.
    10. Servatom reserves the right to change the pricing at any time without any prior notice. The ongoing plans, however, will continue to be billed at the same price till the end of the billing cycle.
    11. Servatom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, if deemed inappropriate or suspicious by the company.
    12. Servatom reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. However, Servatom will ensure prevention of nonsensical monetary losses to its users.
    13. Servatom assumes that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before using the product.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Servatom believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

    1. Cancellation of a subscription is allowed only if the subscription is active.
    2. Processing of cancellation may take upto 2 days.
    3. Cancellation of a subscription will result in the termination of the subdomain with effect from the date of processing of cancellation.
    4. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
    5. A terminated subdomain cannot be restored and must be bought again subject to availability.
